Application Form for the 2020 Southern Art and Craft Trail

Saturday 26th September to Sunday 11th October 2020

This is a fully automated form. All areas marked with * are essential. Your application form will not progress until these areas are completed. Payment can be made at the end via Pay Pal. You will be directed through PayPal to a credit card facility if you do not have an account, or you can create a PayPal account.

Step One - Membership Form

You or your Group / Gallery / Organisation are required to become an ArtSouthWA Member before your Art Trail application can be accepted. Your (individual or group or gallery or organisation) profile and contact details are what will appear on the ArtSouthWA website. A group, gallery or organisation’s exhibition cannot be registered for the Art Trail under an Individual Member’s membership, they must become a Member in their own category.

You will need to become a Member in 2020 so Click Here to go to the 2020 membership forms. Complete, pay, and return here to complete the Art Trail application.

You CAN apply to be both an Individual member (so that you have access to all benefits), and be part of, or the contact person for a Group/Gallery/Organisation application. This requires 2 separate membership applications and fees.

Step Two - Art Trail Application Form

INSURANCE

You MUST arrange your own Public Liability insurance. Your Certificate of Currency needs to be sent to Cindy Singer trail@artsouthwa.com.au. Please provide all relevant details so that it can be matched with your Art Trail application.

Your Image needs to be sent to Cindy Singer trail@artsouthwa.com.au. Please provide all relevant details so that it can be matched with your Art Trail application.

Image details:

  • 1 x SQUARE image.
  • NAME YOUR IMAGE WITH THE CONTACT SURNAME.
  • Image to be in jpg format, sized @ 1800 x 1800 pixels or 20 x 20cm @ 300dpi
  • Make sure it is good quality, interesting and relevant to your exhibition.
