Eve Young is an artist based in Albany, Western Australia. Since graduating from Edith Cowan University in 2008 with her Bachelor in Visual Arts, Eve has exhibited in numerous exhibitions throughout Australia, working on a variety of art projects ranging from book illustrations to murals.
Eve’s work is largely influenced by nature and her surroundings. Celebrating the beauty of the natural world by using the local flora and fauna as inspiration, using acrylic paint, coloured pencils and watercolours.
You can find Eve’s artworks on cards and prints available at the Albany Town Hall Artisan Store on York Street, and some of her mural works on the walls around Albany at the Chester Pass Mall, Albany Primary School, TAFE and Edge Hair and Design.
Eve will be exhibiting at the Vancouver Arts Centre for the 2021 Southern Art and Craft Trail in September.
