Butter Factory Studios is a contemporary fine art gallery, gift shop and studio in Denmark, Western Australia.
We are home to ten artists working in a variety of media, and sell the work of numerous regional artists and artisans.
The gallery also hosts workshops and exhibitions by guest artists, and we play an active part in community arts programs.
We are part of the Old Butter Factory, a character-filled building in central Denmark which also houses Mrs Jones cafe restaurant.
Currently we are open six days a week between 9am and 3pm at the Butter Factory Studios, 10 Mt Shadforth Rd, and closed on Wednesdays.
From mid-April 2024, this venue will be closed for renovations until sometime in December 2024. We will exhibit during the Art Trail 2024, at Vancouver Arts Centre, and may be found at the Denmark CRC Art Gallery, 2 Strickland St, from 10th October until the end of December 2024. In the interim we are all taking a well-earned sabbatical. All going well, we will be back home at the Butter Factory Studios on Mt Shadforth Rd by the beginning of 2025, if not before.
