I was born and grew up in Kalgoorlie-Boulder surrounded by red dirt and dry heat. I moved to Albany in my teens and fell in love with the beautiful scenic coastline!
My life has always been filled with art and creativity and I love learning everything I can about many different mediums, substrates and artforms. I have completed a Certificate 3 in Visual Arts through Central Queensland University.
I currently work in graphite and ink drawing, linocut printing, resin, acrylic and oil painting. I am drawn to bright colours, interesting textures and recreating the world around me.
I own and run the Albany Art Cafe (I have a background in hospitality), and teach workshops from within the Beryl Grant Community Centre.
The cafe is open Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30pm (excluding public holidays). You can find many of my artworks for purchase available in the cafe.
