Located half way between Albany and Denmark on the doorstep of West Cape Howe National Park, Meleah Farrell’s Studio | Gallery is nestled amongst 10 acres of beautiful coastal, wildlife-protected bush.
Meleah’s complex and intricate imagery is captured using a range of techniques and challenges the viewer’s perceptions of photography. All images are created in-camera, with very little to no manipulation on the computer.
“Photography is my means of visual and artistic expression. I enjoy creating images of the ‘everyday’, seeking to capture the simple things that surround us on our daily journeys. A love of travel has also enabled a breadth of work from a range of countries and distant environments”.
The gallery now also features ceramicist Narelle Clark from The Coastal Studio and her organic, handcrafted and wheel thrown functional pieces. Narelle’s pottery range includes vases, bowls, mugs and platters.
Walk the beautiful bush path to discover this hidden gem amongst the Marri trees.
Stop by Meleah’s website to keep up to date with goings on, view new imagery and to visit her online print shop.
