The Cheeky Parrot Gallery is dedicated to supporting young artists and offer our free Explore Express Excel program to 9 – 13 year olds each Sunday during the school term. Each year we hold the major fundraising event ‘Anonymous Art’ and together with our Southern Art & Craft Trail exhibition, we spread the word and raise valuable funds to support the young artists program, ensuring that money is not an obstacle to their participation in the arts. We are passionate about nurturing the imagination and delivering projects that give young artists the confidence to explore ideas using a variety of mediums and techniques while believing in themselves without resorting to the use of AI or copying.
